We monitor all phases of the construction process, insuring that schedules are maintained, product and materials are ordered and received in a timely fashion, and that all principles are updated constantly on the project status.

Hawthorn Suites Golf & Convention Resort

Ruidoso New Mexico

This 120 suite project was a joint venture between several partners and the Village of Ruidoso. The hotel is situated on a championship golf course and adjacent to the villages convention center.

Leisure Construction worked with designers and architects to promote the ambience and feel of this remote mountain resort throughout the property. The three story vaulted ceiling lobby is accentuated by a double-sided fireplace in the center.

Construction was completed in 18 months, despite adverse weather conditions and the remote location.
