Mr. Jaynes is one of the co-founding members of Leisure Real Estate Advisors with over 21 years of investment real estate and hotel brokerage experience. His wide range of real estate expertise and advanced training establish him as a valued partner in today’s complex hotel real estate environment.

Prior to forming Leisure Real Estate Advisors, he was Director of Investment Sales with a regional commercial real estate firm where he conducted marketing and sales programs for a variety of investment real estate, including hotels. He has extensive experience in marketing, negotiation and closing a diverse array of multi million dollar hospitality transactions, of which earned him the designation of “Top producer” four of his last five years with the firm.

Since its inception in 1998 and under the direction of Mr. Jaynes, Leisure Real Estate Advisors has doubled its yearly listing and closing volume to become listed among the national leaders in hotel brokerage and has been recognized as such  by Hotel Business magazine. Collectively, Leisure’s brokerage group represents over half a billion dollars in transactions.

Mr. Jaynes’ growing client list includes a broad range of owners including banks, individual owners, multi property partnerships, regional hotel companies and national hospitality owners.

Mr. Jaynes received his undergraduate training from Kansas State University and his doctoral with honors at University of Missouri – Kansas City, where he also served as assistant professor for graduate students.
