Gary S. Endicott

CFO/ Executive Vice President, Leisure Hotels & Resorts

Mr. Endicott joined the Leisure Hotel Group in 1999 after serving as Managing Partner in the Wichita, Kansas office of Ernst & Young, LLP.  Mr. Endicott has served a variety of real estate companies around the world, from locations in Washington, DC, Houston, Texas and Moscow, Russia, and he worked actively in the real estate specialty group of Ernst & Young/Kenneth Leventhal.

Mr. Endicott previously served in Ernst & Young’s National Tax practice in Washington, DC and specialized in the areas of finance and taxation, operational enhancement, workouts and structured transactions. He’s coordinated financing and operational projects for multi-national companies as well as entrepreneurial-based start-up companies worldwide.

Mr. Endicott also served on a variety of public Real Estate Investment Trusts, (REITs), and structured numerous transactions.  In 1987, Mr. Endicott began advising the principles of the Leisure Group of Companies and has structured numerous development and financing arrangements for the company over the past two decades.

A Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Endicott received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Wichita State University in 1981 and has worked in the financial planning departments of Amerada Hess
Corporation and the restaurant divisions of PepsiCo, Inc.
