Jeff Pflughoft joined Leisure Hotels & Resorts in 1990 as a General Manager in Dodge City, Kansas.  He was subsequently promoted to Regional Manager responsible for operations of six hotels.  During his tenure as Regional Manager, he was instrumental in increasing revenues, profits, and customer satisfaction scores.  Before joining Leisure Hotels, LLC, Mr. Pflughoft spent two years with American Hospitality Management.

In 1995, Mr. Pflughoft was promoted to Director of Purchasing.  He has completed numerous multi-million dollar hotel renovations and new hotel construction projects.  He also developed Leisure Hotel’s purchasing department.  He’s formed alliances with vendors to
purchase all hotel supplies, furniture, and fixtures all of which are integrated to provide cost effective capital improvements.

A native of Ulysses, Kansas, Mr. Pflughoft is a graduate of the University of L.E.T Academy and the American Hotel-Motel Management Institute.
