Riochelle Fitzpatrick joined Leisure Hotels & Resorts in March 2005 as the Corporate Vice President of Human Resources. 
Riochelle has worked in Human Resources for over 17 years and brings a vast amount of experience to the Company.

Prior to joining Leisure, Riochelle worked as a Human
Resources/Organizational Development Consultant in the greater Kansas City area.  In this role she focused on assisting her client base in areas such as talent acquisitions, organizational
assessments, performance and career management, succession planning, and change management.

Riochelle’s business experience is augmented by fourteen years in the Corporate profit and nonprofit sector where she held key leaderships roles in human resources for the following companies: CarterEnergy
Corporation, American Century Investments, Mazuma Credit Union, Federal Employees Credit Union, Westin Hotels & Resorts, and Hallmark Cards.

Since joining Leisure, Riochelle has been instrumental in positioning the Company as an Employer of Choice; seeking out candidates with the right experience, skill set, management styles, values, and goals.  These qualities have resulted in improved employee retention rates by more than 30% company-wide. 
Having worked in several different industries, Riochelle’s ability to find candidates who fit cross-culturally within the Company is outstanding.

Riochelle earned her Masters of Science Management degree at Baker University, Baldwin, KS, and
Bachelor of Science Management at Webster University in St. Louis, Missouri.
