This destination resort/spa and yacht club is seeking a candidate that is comfortable with a high volume F & B position, with heavy bar entertainment. The F & B Director will be responsible for the overall Food and Beverage operations of the hotel, and any other off site food and beverage services associated with the hotel’s Food & Beverage operation inclusive of Peckers Dueling Piano Bar & Restaurant.

The position will be responsible for maintaining food and beverage financial cost control, managing all labor costs relative to departmental budget, staffing, training, disciplining, and promoting a healthy and positive work environment, along with guest satisfaction within the Food & Beverage operation. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years progressive Food and Beverage Operations experience in either a hotel or high volume restaurant concept.
