Jon Driscoll
Director of Operations
With nearly 40 years of experience, Jon has served nearly every operational role. He has managed and lead both branded and independent select service and full-service hotels working in Arizona, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kansas, Montana, Minnesota, Texas, Wisconsin, and Wyoming. Previously, he served as Vice President of Operations and Chief Operating Officer for ZMC Hotels, Inc., a Duluth based family-owned management company. His strengths include budgeting and financial oversight, business planning and working with underperforming assets. Jon has served on various boards and committees including Visit Duluth, Minnesota Arrowhead Association, Governor’s Tourism Advisory Counsel, and the Great Lakes Aquarium. In addition, he previously served as Interim Director of the Great Lakes Aquarium.
He is a graduate of the University of Minnesota-Duluth and has studied with the Aji Network in San Francisco, CA and is a Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA).
Jon joined LHR in 2016 following the successful sale of ZMC Hotels, Inc. He resides in Wisconsin.

Its culture of hospitality, fun, hard work, and ‘get-er-done’ attitude. Everyone at LHR has a work ethic and team spirit that is infectious. We do the uncommon projects that similar hospitality organizations do not or cannot do—which is what makes it fun and interesting!
