Culinary Task Force
New York native Max Breindel is a culinary expert who is passionate about leading by example
and giving his team all the right tools to succeed. He is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of
America with a degree in Culinary Business Management. Max’s eclectic approach comes from
11 years of experience and a diverse hospitality background working as a Line Cook to a
Beverage General Manager.
Max joined Leisure in 2021. Now, he leads the Culinary Task Force and is responsible for F&B operation support, trouble shooting, implementing creative solutions, motivating and working along side the teams.
When Max is not traveling and supporting the F&B teams, you will find him standing in the middle of a river fishing or on a tee box getting ready to play a round of golf.
