“I think in the end, being natural, and being…actually genuine is what wins.”

— Freddie Mercury
Nikki’s hospitality journey began in Grand Rapids, Minnesota, before taking her to the “big town” of Duluth. She was hired by Jon Driscoll at Leisure as Director of Operations, starting at the front desk of a 280-room property.
Over the past 31 years, Nikki has done it all—from Guest Services to General Manager—building a deep understanding of hotel operations from the ground up. After spending 22 years with her previous company, she joined Leisure Hotels & Resorts in 2017, where she discovered her passion for Revenue Management.
Nikki thrives on making small changes that lead to meaningful results. She enjoys the competitive side of revenue strategy and believes that wins feel great—and losses are simply opportunities to adjust, learn, and improve.
At her core, Nikki believes in teamwork, authenticity, and enjoying the ride. She values high standards, strong relationships, and a culture where people support one another and have fun along the way.
