Recently, the all-new Creekside Hotel opened in historic Parkville, Missouri. Leisure team members from multiple different properties, states, and time zones, encompassing all levels of roles and positions, showed up big time, united together, and worked to bring this opening to fruition and make it a success. Team members jumped at the opportunity to step out of their “normal” daily roles and happily traveled to MO to work together towards the common goal of opening Creekside Hotel and to make it a victory. These team members didn’t even necessarily know each other; staff from Cove Point Lodge, Pier B Resort Hotel, Shutters Hotel, and Hotel Grand Victorian all came together to roll up their sleeves and get the job done.
When we say our people define our success, we mean it.

Our roles are fluid, allowing our staff to think like entrepreneurs. We like to describe it as Grit and Grace.
